Pro-Ject Connect It Phono DS True Balanced Cable
Pro-Ject Connect IT Phono DS cables connects Pro-Ject True Balanced turntables with True Balanced phono preamps via their RCA/ground > mini XLR jacks. A balanced signal originating from a moving coil (MC) phono cartridge remains balanced through the tonearm and over to the RCA junction box. Setting us apart from the pack, Pro-Ject turntables with RCA/ground outputs are terminated in a balanced configuration within their junction boxes (excluding turntables with built-in phono preamps), providing you the option of sending that balanced signal on to a phono stage with a mini XLR input. Connect it Phono DS RCA > Mini XLR is purpose-designed to carry that signal. It features flexible oxygen-free copper conductors with silver-plated copper connectors and a low capacitance of 90pF (ideal for phono). Standard length is 1.23m (4.04′).

Our goal for the Pro-Ject Connect It E Phono Cable was, to create neutral audiophile cables for a reasonable price. We focused on quality core materials like a copper conductor for a signal transmission without losses. All E-Line connectors, including our True Balanced mini XLR plugs, feature gold-plated brass connectors to ensure a long-lasting ideal conductivity. The line & phono cables, except the True Balanced cables, are semi-symmetrical type cables, which means that the shielding is only connected on one end. Therefore, the yellow marked side should always be connected to the receiving end.
