Purchased this HiVi 2.1ch system from Vince and I was blown away by the quality of sound that comes out of these speakers. My experience with Pacific Hi Fi staff has been good. I received the right advice from start to finish regarding a new TV and soundbar purchase from Vince. Sid the installer also went out of his way to accommodate my request regarding installation. Tas and Vince kept the communication open regarding dates for install and final price purchase.

Wow.... what service. I've spoken with Frank and other team members there over agonising about what speakers to pair with my vintage receiver.
Frank walked me through a bunch of options patiently. Spent quite some time to help... like he actually wanted the best experience for me.
Great service is not common.

Once again I had dealings with pacific hifi, I was looking for a used subwoofer but Vince made a call and got me a brand spanker new REL subwoofer cheaper than other stores were charging , best of all Vince knows I hate to wait and got it to me the next day (less than 24 hours) when others said 3-4 days. Plus made me a quality subwoofer cable to the length I wanted there and then on the spot when I picked up the subwoofer, not some overpriced poorly insulated cable either.
