Key Features:
Three-Stage Symmetrical Design: The Aura MC features a fully symmetrical, three-stage pre-amplifier architecture. The initial stage employs a symmetrical, complementary Class A amplifier with parallel-connected ultra-low noise FET transistors, ensuring minimal noise and preserving the delicate signals from MC cartridges.
No Step-Up Transformers: Departing from its predecessor, the Ios, the Aura utilizes active gain stages instead of step-up transformers, enhancing transparency and signal integrity.
High-Quality Components: The design incorporates high-grade polypropylene capacitors in the signal path and RIAA equalization stages, contributing to precise and accurate sound reproduction.
Adjustable Settings: The Aura provides flexibility with adjustable loading options, allowing users to fine-tune resistance and capacitance to match their specific MC cartridge requirements.

Rega Aethos stereo amplifier is housed in a brand new, custom designed case. Employing four 160 W 16 Amp output transistors per channel, this delivers 156 W per channel into 6 Ω. The Aethos is a dual mono design using a custom wound toroidal transformer and regulated supplies for the sensitive amplification and driver stages. The pre-amplifier stage uses class-A discrete circuitry throughout. The Aethos is a no compromise product with one goal, to deliver your music as faithfully as possible.
