When paired with a reference-quality amp, like the AMP 30, the Marantz AV 30 Reference 11.4-Channel Home Theater Preamp shines when creating a high-end home theater solution. Create a large 11.4-channel home theater, or take advantage of Dolby Atmos and DTS:X Pro decoding for a 7.4.4-channel setup that adds height effects for true audio immersion. There are plenty of connections for your devices with seven 8K HDMI inputs and a trio of HDMI outputs. While designed for a home theater, the AV 30 can join your whole home, as it is powered by HEOS technology.

Room Calibration

Everyone’s home theater space is different in its own way, which is why Marantz supports Audyssey MultiEQ XT32 calibration out of the box and optional Dirac Live. Using the included Audyssey microphone and stand, you can have the AV 30 automatically adjust audio settings based on the particular acoustics of your space.

HEOS Built In

Powered by HEOS, the AV 30 can join other HEOS devices you own to create a whole-home audio solution. Play the same song throughout your home or different music in each space, either from audio components or popular online streaming services. Enjoy hi-resolution streaming using the search feature of the HEOS app to find exactly what you want to listen to from TIDAL, Pandora, and Amazon Music HD. The app also provides intuitive control of each HEOS-equipped room’s playback.
