MicroVee X distills Velodyne Acoustics’ signature bass precision into a form that disappears into any room. That is until you press play. With carbon-fibre drivers, dual passive radiators, and high-current Class AB amplification, this ultra-compact sub delivers fast, controlled low frequencies that energise every listening space.

MICROVEE X

This sealed 6.5” subwoofer features a carbon-fibre composite cone, dual passive radiators, and a 3.6kg motor with 12mm linear Xmax—all driven by 800W peak Class AB power. At just 230 x 230 x 250mm, MicroVee X delivers fast, articulate bass that hits far above its weight.

SYMMETRY OF SOUND

A front-firing active driver anchors MicroVee X, flanked by pressure-balanced passive radiators on each side. This sealed triad delivers taut, resonant bass without ports—moving air with composure and turning compact dimensions into room-filling low-frequency energy you can feel.

HEART OF THE HAMMER

MicroVee X’s Class AB amplifier delivers 300 watts RMS and up to 800 watts peak through four high-current MOSFET transistors. Combining warmth and authority with remarkable control, MicroVee X serves up clean, agile bass that maintains both grip and detail, even as dynamics swell.

HIDDEN NOT HINDERED

MicroVee X includes a full-function IR remote with external 3m remote eye, giving you fingertip control over volume, phase, and crossover/direct mode even when the sub’s tucked out of sight. Clean installs no longer require compromise.

BRAIN BEHIND THE BRAWN

MicroVee X’s Analog Devices DSP acts as the system’s brain—shaping EQ, managing phase, and applying real-time protection to keep distortion at bay. Combined with Velodyne’s DDCS limiting, it ensures every watt and every excursion delivers tight, articulate, and unshakeable bass.

CARBON FIBRE FREQUENCY

A carbon-fibre composite cone meets a 3.6kg overhung motor to deliver high-speed transients and deep, deliberate excursions across 12mm of linear travel. This allows MicroVee X to maintain composure under pressure, translating raw energy into articulate, room-charging bass.

ENGINEERED TO INTEGRATE

Dial in the perfect system blend with a variable low-pass filter from 50–200Hz (12dB/octave), or bypass it entirely with Subwoofer Direct mode for pure LFE signal. Whether you’re fine-tuning stereo integration or syncing with AV receiver bass management, MicroVee X adapts to your setup.

Measuring just 23 x 23 x 25 cm, MicroVee X’s ultra-compact aluminium enclosure is built for performance, not decoration. Iso-elastomer feet decouple the cabinet from the floor, reducing resonance and preserving bass clarity—even at high volume, when pressure peaks.
