The 9 V DC 2 A power supply is compatible with the following products – PAL (Gen. 2), PAL BT (Gen. 2), and PAL+ BT (Gen. 2). To determine if you PAL BT is Generation 2 please refer to the serial number on the back of your unit. If the last two digits of the serial number are 18 or higher this is the correct power supply for you.
The 12 V DC 500 mA power supply is compatible with the following products – PAL, iPAL, and PAL BT Generation 1. To determine if you PAL BT is Generation 1 please refer to the serial number on the back of your unit. If the last two digits of the serial number are 17 or lower this is the correct power supply for you.
The 12 V DC 1.5 A power supply is compatible with the following products – Model One Digital, CUBE, ORB, Wi-Fi Model CD & SUB.
The 15 V DC 1.5 A power supply is compatible with the following products – Model Three, Model Three BT, Albergo, Albergo+, Music System Three, and Music System Three+.
